The genuine reason Black Ops II isn’t on Xbox back compatibility

Xbox Chief Phil Spencer reminded gamers that Xbox doesn’t only control that games come to back compatibility.

Gamers have been great out for Call of Duty: Black Ops II to come to a Xbox One’s back harmony program, their requests clearly descending on deaf ears.
