Earlier this week, Microsoft practiced a Xbox Play Anywhere promise, and conduct of Xbox Phil Spencer has offering a reason for a change.
For those who missed all a news about a program, Xbox Play Anywhere offers support for cross-play, cross-saves, and cross-buy between Xbox One and PC titles.
Originally, a guarantee review that “every new pretension published from Microsoft Studios will support Xbox Play Anywhere.” Later, this matter was altered to review “every new pretension published from Microsoft Studios that we showed onstage during E3 this year will support Xbox Play Anywhere.”
Phil Spencer simplified to PCGamer on Twitter that a reason for this preference was due to some titles not being right for PC or Xbox, that creates sense.
@pcgamer Just clarifying could be singular diversion not right for all devices. Intent to move the franchises to Win10 XB1 is unchanged.

For certain we know that ReCore, Sea of Thieves, Scalebound, Gears of War 4, Halo Wars 2, and Forza Horizon 3 will all support Xbox Play Anywhere.
